Animal Remedies Licence to sell via the Internet
1. The Minister for Agriculture, Food & the Marine in exercise of the powers conferred by
Regulation 49 (1) of the European Communities (Animal Remedies)(No. 2) Regulations, 2007,
hereby grants a licence under Regulation 36(3)(a) to:
T12 D70F
2. This licence authorises the holder to sell or supply via the website
animal remedies with a designated route of supply of “Licenced Merchant” (LM) and
“Companion Animal Medicine” (CAM). This Internet Licence is subject to the above
mentioned Regulations and the conditions specified in the attached schedule.
3. Failure to comply with the above mentioned Regulations and/or any condition of this licence
may result in a sanction in accordance with Regulation 49(1) (which may include revocation)
and/or prosecution.
4. The licence is valid from 21st July 2021, and unless previously suspended, revoked or varied
as to the period of its validity will remain in force only while the Merchant Licence No.
LM/CK/223 remains in force.
